Hi Just bought a 916 which I think is almost 100% original. I know the screen is different and the end cans have been polished but apart from that everything else looks standard - hopefully having a good trawl around here will confirm or deny this
Yep, worked, looks pretty OEM. I think the clutch lever should be shinny silver. Where about in Dorset are you?
West Dorset - Bridport, get lots of bikes down at West Bay at weekends. Shinny silver clutch lever noted - how about the braided brake lines - are they standard on the later bikes - it's a 1999 registered bike.

The bits that aren't original will be changed back to standard - just bought a pair of end cans that look to be in very very good condition - just need to find an original screen and then I think it'll be back to the way it left the showroom 16 years ago Would be nice to have a pair of Termis for it as well though
