Hi All Apologies if this has already been answered. Is there a screen saver for the dashboard in order to protect it from scratching or has this issue been solved? I've looked at a few s/h models and the dash is looking rather scratched.
Mines doing my head in. Not sure what make it is as it came with the bike. As you can see from the picture - it's not done so well getting wet and also has bad glare at certain angles in the sun. Wondering what make anyone has a good experience with. There are quite a few available looking at the Amazon link above.

I've brought some tablet protectors & will make a template out of grease proof paper or the like. And then cut out the inner shape of the DVT-dash, in the hopes of stopping scratches. But this is quite a palava to suffer too remedy an issue that ducati themselves should be undertaking so to minimise warranty claims on dash-replacements!
I recently bought a 2016 and when I asked the dealer about the issue theysuggested that the screen had been improved and was now more scratch resistant. I wasn't totally convinced that I wasn't being politely fobbed off. Anyone else been told the newer screens are improved ?
I got the 3M one and it looked wank so I took it off Has anyone successfully had one swapped out at the dealers ?.

A recall for a dash change should be the proper action. There are so many Chinese smartphone screens at very low prices. Ducati should order some 5 inch glass dashes!
