Nice car. I got surprised with how quick they are when I came up against one on a slip road recently. I just saw a non m 3 series in my morror, and thought this will be a peice of cake, but it was closer than I expected
You can never be too careful though, as last time I was there a couple of weeks back, there were a load of locked garages, and the spaces were tight if you could find one Hopefully, it'll just stay in the van, but I have it and a gazebo just in case
I can't fit it in the van, as the fridge, the hog roast and the mobile disco takes up all the space. Plus, the ladies dancing pole is in the middle ;0)
Supposed to be tidy weather tomorrow guys, have a great and safe day! Welcome to pop round for a cuppa afterwards!! I live about 10 miles away.
I'm looking at the focused event track day on the 19th April, same price but Neil Hodgson is there. Does he get out on track or does he just stroll around the paddock?
He usually gets out on track. Unless I'm there... In which case he shits himself and sits in the café talking to people he pretends he knows....
Fun day today, but I just wasn't feeling it due to a combination of sleep deprivation and painkillers and struggled so sacked it off early Good to meet a couple of other forum types too
Good to meet you, hope the ZX went well. Quite a few crashes over the 2 days. Chuffed because I set new PB ( even though we shouldn't chase times), thredders because Daytona clutch slipping and gear box selector trout. Big grins all round though
Had a good day and nice to meet a bunch of the lads even though non of us brought a duc to the party.....
He was the guy with the funny hat, right? Was he any good, and would you recommend him as an instructor ?
If you don't mind me asking, what sort of cost is it for him for a day ? I assume you book him independently the the track day itself ?
