If I were to acquire the bottom 749R triple with the eccentric tube etc. but not the top triple. Ducati 749R Lower Triple Clamp Assembly | eBay And If I were to pair it with the Speedymoto top triple SpeedyMoto - Upper Triple Clamps Would this combination work? As in would I still be able to adjust the offset from 30 to 36 mm?
Could any of you distinguished gentlemen owning a 749R please measure the offset of the upper triple clamp for me. I mean the offset as shown in this picture. I've just measured the 999S at 36mm,Jusutus just measured the Speedymoto and that one also comes in at 36mm
Possibly. Depends on the accuracy of the various measurements taken. It was tricky to be very accurate as the forks are not flush with the top yoke so there may be some hysteresis error.
