Wow! What a race! Chaz gets more and more competitive and a first podium for Hayden. VDM rode superb race until trying so hard two laps out list the front, which was mega shame as the last two laps could have seen any of top 3 win But Rae did a captains job for me And Luke Stapleford, only old track trumpet, pipped to put pole at the last minute and starts 2nd Could be a cracking days racing tomorrow
The n Ireland in me loves seeing Johnny rea do well but chaz Davis wow he's really got to grips with the Ducati , I can't see it but wouldn't it be great for the Ducati to be champion again ?
Agreed what a race!! I love watching Chaz throw that big duke around it's great!! Nice to see Hayden up there as well.
oh Sh*t, just got outta hospital 8pm last night and had no idea what or where I was this morning (prescribed drugs obviously) but then I see this........ no more pls I need to find it on the sky box!!!! Love ya all!!!!
yep, all my fault and I couldn't stop reading!!!!! race of the season contender, if not then we have a great season ahead! Chaz - WOW, he's seeing his chance for the title already and immense trust that the bike will do want he chucks at it, VDM defiantly a nutter with determination, I think he'll be a headhunted rider next season for sure.......
Well the supersport race was eventful and a kinda let down in the end as the very likeable Stapleford was bang on a podium, even tho 2 brits on the podium and a win for the (likeable) smith, a second for the (unlikeable) Rea followed by Keenan the brooding Turk cant really be a disappointment. Thinking someone must have been knobbing his bird as he was far more vocal than usual after yesterdays qually No bike swaps for SBK, good old fashoined wheel changes! Rea ended on top but Brookes, in mixed conditions, finally shwed a little of what he can do. Until he binned it on the slick shod beemer Rea Sykes VDM Captain did the job for me this weekend
whats wrong with gino rea bradders? ive always thought he was quite a talent but its clear from the rides he gets and his social media account(s) that he doesnt have a great deal of fans, certainly not as many as someone like stapleford of smith whats the coup there? really enjoyed the wss, even though it was curtailed by the rain
I think Gino is just one of those riders who doesn't give a great impression, comes across a bit like it's all a laugh, which is ironic as I know he has worked bloody hard to try and fund teams etc. Stapleford etc do come across like grafters, dare I say 'working men' type characters who probably drive a transit with a pair of tights for a fan belt so they can go racing. Even if that's not the truth. I don't really like any rider like I used to like Edwards and Bayliss, they are just Hero's to me. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
love gino’s riding style and used to enjoy watching him in moto 2. The way he was backing it in in the wet yesterday was pretty amazing. Never met him in person and you rarely see him interviewed at any great length so was hoping someone could shed some light on his lack of popularity. I wonder if he’s a bit too southern for most.
Maybe a bit too northern for his crew :Wideyed: "I said a slick in'ter rear not stick inter int'er rear"
Saw him interviewed a couple of years ago and he was very 'I deserve this, I am the greatest' when he wasn't. Not an opinion based on sound reasoning, just looks a smug b'tard too. Sykes, not a fan as he just winges. And moans. And winges a little more. And boring! Lol Chaz tho, been a fan a while and can do nothing wrong imo
2 day race program's a pain if you're more than 100 mile away. For us means 2xhotel and weekend ticket. £&£&£&£.
