  3. About £60 each on Amazon; http://www.amazon.co.uk/CRG-Hindsig...8-1-fkmr0&keywords=crg hindsight lanesplitter

    Still expensive but far better than the clones out there...

  4. After a couple of weeks I decided to try something else because these mirrors added too much width the the bike, great for vision not so handy for maneuvering in tight spaces. So I ordered some of these; PAIR Of High Quality CNC Machined Aluminium Bar End Mirrors - Fits 99% Of Motorbikes: Amazon.co.uk: Car & Motorbike

    The quality is good although I was surprised just how small they are. The fixing is about the same as the others so still added some PTFE tape for a snug fit.

    In use;
    - the mirror curvature is about the same as the previous mirrors so due to the shape there is a bit more horizontal view a little less vertical.
    - much easier to adjust than the previous set due to ball joint.
    - I've test ridden with them set inwards like this image and the RH mirror works fine when set to view the outside lane, the LH mirror does catch my elbow/arm/glove when set to view behind me unless I tuck in my elbow.

    Overall, a compromise of course for width vs vision. I think I like the look for these more.

  5. I've got bar end mirrors on my M900. decent enough view but they are very deceptive on distance - the 'objects in the rear view mirror may appear closer...' is very true. They do make filtering bloody awkward too (they look great though in my opinion, very purposeful)!

  6. I've flipped mine outward now for a better view; no more elbows. And I agree very purposeful looking. I notice Triumph seem to have what look like a slightly larger version of this style on the latest speed triple; assuming these might be the correct "legal" size.

  7. Just installed some Strada 7 Racing bar-ends. They're a super stable and vibe free. No more tucking the elbows in to see who is 'disappearing' in the distance :grin:

  8. That looks lethal for filtering through traffic!
