chaz has an entirely different tank get a grip thing, or even ignore the 'dont brace your arms' thing and do that
I'm going to make a point of working on that again next track day. I've got stomp grip on the tank of the Panigale. It doesn't feel like a problem to me but I've had several people tell me how loose the bike is so anything that makes it smoother should help with traction and not putting it in the gravel
Advikaz - Did my first track day last year and the best thing I did was to pull behind one of the California super bike school instructors before heading out. Thought it would help me with my lines and learn some good pointers which it did. It's not full on instruction but when we came back in the guy gave me some useful tips and I managed to build my speed and confidence up over the day. I would like to do a course with them or maybe Ron Haslam or something but my next track day is at donni so I'm just gonna do the same thing again.
Was at Castle Combe today on the CBR600RR, had a cracking day. Only track day I've done where there were zero red flags in the group I was running in. Weather was ace too!
I see no crash....just an excellent illustration of how to slide the back end to square off a corner...
Yeah, I think a record breaking number of people passed the noise test this time out, there were at least 4 of us on track!
