I own the new X Diavel S (100 miles so far) on my way home at the weekend i noticed some debris in the road i had no option but to ride over it (as it was on a corner I slowed, but didn't want to brake for obvious reasons) it was mainly builders rubbish bits of plasterboard off cuts. As i rode over the debris i was aware of a couple of light knocks underneath the bike not enough to make me think i may have a problem, still i stopped to have a look and see if all was OK. After a quick look all i noticed was a couple of slight dents in the radiator fins, although it didn't look so good i didn't think i had a problem, i rode on after a few miles steam and fluid started to flow from the radiator i just about made it home. I have returned the bike to the garage they are fitting a new radiator and i have asked that the mesh already fitted to the lower part of the radiator is to be fitted to the higher (much more vulnerable larger section) this will protect it from damage in the future. The problem is the radiator is very weak and is easy to damaged even by touch, dents from stones (or debris) are not going to improve its looks. If you own one fit a guard they are now i am told starting to make them. I owned the previous Diavel Carbon and i like both. Cheers Rob
