Hi All, Recently got my bike back from garage as per my other post. I've just noticed that when accelerating it feels like half the bike it was. I don't feel the bike trying to lift at all, or the force that it used to have. Same in all gears. It now just feels like my SRAD 600 I had previously, very tame. I know when I got it at the start of April it was an absolute beast. Is there anything I can check myself initially as I'm starting to lose faith in where I bought it from tbh, even though it is still under warranty. Getting to the point where I'd rather pay to take it to the nearest dealer which is 200 miles away. Any pointers as to where I could have an initial look myself?
I'm no mechanic but is it revving all the way to the redline? Does it sound as it did previously, it's not only firing on one cylinder is it? I guess in an ideal world you would get it on a rolling road to see the power it is putting out. (Sorry i'm not much help )
I'm sure the RPMs are not getting up as high as they used to, don't think I would be able to red line it in the current state. Doesn't have the same growl either. I'm no mechanic also. Times like this I wish I was.
