  1. Hi peeps, I hope I am not embarrassing myself, never posted on a forum before so I apologise if I am doing it incorrect.

I am going to install Leovince pipes and a Termi slip on on my Ducati MTS 2012 S Sport.I have replaced the air filter with a K & N.
Any install instructions anywhere and I have a couple of more questions for you all...
Do I need to re-map the fuelling and modify the ECU?
GT Motorcycles at Plymouth where I purchased the bike say I do but will charge me a fortune but West Kernow Performance Motorcycle Engineers say I do not apart from change the air filter and they have been superb in their advice.

    any comments most welcome.

  2. Welcome Dave:)

  3. Welcome :upyeah: drop your question in the tech section -- you will get more response, only the nice members say hello to new peeps :Angelic:

  4. Ok thanks. I will look for it lol

  5. Hello and welcome, on the mapping I have to join the chorus on here in recommending CJS, the bike is a fair bit smoother and faster since a visit to his roller in Bristol. The bike was pretty nice to ride anyway with a Leo Vince De-Cat and end can but I could tell it was not quite right.

One tip is to forget the LV 'dog bone' mount, I found that it transmitted a fair bit of vibration so I re-used one of the factory mounts.... Oh, and get a spring puller, they're a cheap addition to your tool box and so much better than trying to do it with vise grips or a looped cable tie.
