  17. There was a top gear episode where they tested all the fakes. Striking resemblance but they said it was the Chinese courts that ruled on the cases and the Chinese Govt & courts want the income from these vehicles.

  18. That might have been where I saw it. I think BMW realised they were onto a loser with the Chinese courts, but that particular case was to stop the cars being sold in Europe. Amazing that they lost, especially in that bastion of honesty and truthfulness that is the Italian court system :Hilarious:
