I have a 1998 GSX-R750 SRAD which has become surplus to requirement since purchasing my 1198 earlier in the year. Unfortunately the bike has stood virtually unused for the past few year following me breaking my leg... Despite this, after pulling the sheets off last time home and giving her a quick look over she is still looking in fine fettle and fired up no problem after the battery was charged. I am currently back offshore so can't upload any photo's until I've got home again (due back at the end of the month)... Brief run down of the bike below: - Approximately 14,000 miles on the clock from memory - Painted it Telefonica Movistar scheme by a previous owner - Polished frame and wheel rims - Fully adjustable Ohlins rear shock - Braided break hoses - Renthal chain and sprockets (Gold) - Stomp Grip tank pads - Double Bubble Screen - Titanium Art End Can and standard available - Rear pillion seat and seat cover correct and present - Meta alarm fitted - K&N Air Filter Honest description of area's that could be improved in my opinion below: -Magneto cover has a couple of marks on it from when I rather embarrassingly had to lay it on it's side whilst stationary in a lay by and my ankle give way on the uneven ground. -There is a slight weep from the sump plug (I have replacement used sump which I imported from the states complete with all required ancillary bits) -There is some slight chaffing to the rear frame/seat cowl fairings from Mrs M's boots (what we refer to as Sidi Rash) I will be getting the old girl out to give her a was and polish next time home so will be able to get some photo's of the bike then should anyone like any. I will update this post with them once done also. With regards to pricing I am flexible on this and am willing to let her go without any M.O.T on her for £2k or I am willing to put a fresh ticket and have her serviced at a local garage for the new owner and take £2.5k... If the future owner would like to take the route of me putting the fresh M.O.T and service complete then I will do all I can to complete this ASAP for them, however I am busy with work and training courses during my time off so this will have to be done in and around these commitments. I'm based in North Lincolnshire (about 5 miles from Scunthorpe) if anyone would like to view the bike. If there is anything else I've missed or anything further you would like, just give me a shout! Hi Phil, Thanks for your reply, as @TT600 pointed out for you, unfortunately I am currently offshore. I can certainly get you some photo's within a few days of getting home. I am due back on Monday 30th providing all is well with the weather. Based on this I can maybe get her out of the garage and get some photo's for you on the Tuesday/Wednesday. Apologies for no update to the thread on this people... Work has been stupidly busy since originally posting this and only been home a for a few weekends since posting. I'm back offshore again now too which doesn't help!! I will update with some photo's once I get chance though. Ben.
