ordered the full termi system for my 939 SP to fit after first service, out of interest, does it come with a removeable baffle?
I looked into getting a high level termi for my 821 and it had a removable Db killer if that's what you mean chap
i'm climbing the walls now, i collect the bike on wednesday, but am waiting for first service to fit the system, r&g tailtidy and possibly heated grips for those 5am rides to work. my low seat has arrived so hopefully my stumpy legs will reach the ground lol
Normally the only system fitting the 939 is the Racing one. So that one normally would not come with a baffle. On the 821 you had the option to have an homologated high mounted Termi, with baffle and cat. But that one is not available for the 939. Lucky you guys that can mount those exhausts and have no issues with the law enforcement. Enjoy.
i don't know about no issues lol. my old 848 had the full racing (not for road use) system, but that came with baffles. i'd like to do the odd track day, but my local circuit has a strict noise policy
It comes with a new airbox lid and an up map key that plugs into the diagnostic socket, the ecu downloads the new map.
at the moment i have a bmw r1200gs adventure with a full system and a pc3, it pops, farts and bangs like a wild thing, i think the hyper may actually be quiter
I've just put the sc project high level on mine, will post a pic next time she's out, fecken loud without the db killer tho, remap and air box upgrade being done on Thursday
The Termignoni is loud, but very bassy, you feel it. It's not an annoying high pitched ear piercing small can kinda loud. It's very percussive in the lower rpm. It's very addictive listening.
