Contacted my Ducati dealer today re: cold starting, as in not starting and said that they have been on to Ducati and an update? will come out soon and that it has affected other models including the new Diavel! Watch this space.
Sounds like fuelling. A few euro reg cars have had similar issues including my missus's Abarth 595 on hot start more so.
Cramped and tiny in the back. The boot is tiny. I'm 6ft3 and struggle with the driving position. Brakes feel a little vague. Suspension is very crashy. Not massively stable at high speed through bends. But it does make you smile and our hasn't let us down. Drive one and decide for yourselves bud
As above. Crashy suspension and stability somewhat cured by coilovers on mine and brakes replaced with brembo 4 pots up front. They are not sophisticated, but fun and sound lovely with the Akrapovic exhaust! No cold starting problems on my 959.
Perhaps it caught sight of its 'tail end' in its mirrors and couldn't bear the thought of being seen out?
There a lot of discussion on the subject here at 959Panigale.net Issues starting my new 959? - Ducati 959 Panigale Forum
Ahhhh..... the expensive surgery option..... used by so many to correct nature's cruel mistakes
Love how many people say 'try no throttle'. Seriously who the hell thinks u need a handful of throttle to start any modern vehicle? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Thanks for explaining that mate, I am English actually, lived here for 27 years and coming back to Norwich in 4 weeks for 3. Looking forward to it!
