why did it cut out before their reg plate showed up and why have they blanked out the details on the side and back of the van? i.e the only two identifiables
They are still identifying markings though, you think they would have been left visible. Unless the thinking behind it is that if were from say, Salford Van Hire, the cops would be getting 100 calls a day from everybody that saw a van from that company.
so we're trying to identify a man with a hood up and another one with a cap on? all the best with that lol
