A claim for accidental damage is based on it being the fault (negligence) of the one claimed against. Unless you can show that the damage was the fault of the owner of that bike, at least partly, a claim against him would not succeed.

 

Its always carnage out the front there i wouldn't leave a vespa where he did. Should have swung it round the back. Cant get car park dust on a 150 grand bike though can you lol
