Hi All, I have a 2001 ST4S for just over a year now. I have put close on 20000km on it so far. I am a mechanic by trade, which is handy when it comes to Ducati's. This is the first Ducati I have owned and am totally hooked. There is something sexy about Ducati's. My Donkey is a yellow one. It has had an issue with the dreaded IAW59M ecu where it looses injector signal, only on start up. So about to get a new ecu.
Hi Ivan & welcome. Whereabouts in NZ? My sister lives in Torbay (North Shore). What a beautiful country I've visited a couple of times to North & South Islands. I'd emigrate myself but I'm too old so they won't have me
I live in a sleepy little town called Te Awamutu. About an hour and a half south of Auckland. Heaps of winding twisty back roads. A friend once told me he visited NZ from the UK, he said he returned home because it was closed, haha. We accept al sorts here.
Just done a trip back to nz in March Did 3000 miles in 2 weeks south island was brilliant but the 100kph speed limit not so great Great place for riding bikes
Sleepy for New Zealand? Blimey, the residents must be comatose! Is that where Tim Finn came from? Welcome, there's some great roads over there.
Kia ora bro, sup with the L&P coloured duke? Bugger, need A barbie to sort it, I'd go bush with the jandals and gum boots to get it Sussed. Sweet azz, its not a munta. Give it a fang round block to visit the rellies. She sound rough as guts or outadavitt? (Translation to English: "hello") But seriously... welcome (from a kiwi who came to the UK for 2 years and has been stuck here for 16).... Mind you, the weather is so fine why would anyone wish to leave?
