Whilst I think about it, the BSB organisers have at short notice, added a couple of days testing at Snetterton this week so the Lloyds British Moto Rapido team will not be at Silverstone. As far as I am aware, a double garage has been allocated for Moto Rapido customers but I'm afraid you'll have to bring your own tea/coffee and biscuits. When I spoke to CSS last week I was told that despite what the paperwork says, riders will be given a voucher for breakfast as well as one for lunch. However for this year it was decided not to do pre paid tickets for guests which means non riding family and friends who come to watch (or pit crew) need to bring cash to pay for their refreshments. Car is packed and now waiting for Carole to finish work before we set off. Weather forecast is changing hourly but looks like a dry morning. If anyone is around, we'll be partaking of light refreshment in the Green Man later and always happy to buy a beer. Andy
I've had to cancel my place in the fast group tomorrow as been dragged into something at work. Was up there today for a normal track day on the GP circuit, and although it was dry and sunny until around 14:00, the heavens absolutely opened. Hope it improves for tomorrow, and gutted I can't be there Have fun
Just got up here.... Waterproofs coped well, thank god I brought a spare pair of gloves!!! Fingers crossed for some dry sessions tomorrow!!
