veto veto veto. dont get carried away.with story's of superstates. if the minor members dont want it then it aint going to happen because we or they in two or more years will have a
Sorry, can you translate for me? I don't read Scottish-Spin. Looks a bit like Elvish to me, is there a shared ancestry somewhere?
I have been waiting for that to appear on the forum...........I have had the following ready for several days....... A) ‘Lebensraum’ The Nazi expansion into its neighbouring western countries was built upon the principle of Lebensraum. Even though it translates literally to mean only “living space,” Lebensraum carried with it the desire for the Nazis to expand into and rule other countries. B) June 27th 2016: European political chiefs are to take advantage of Brexit by unveiling their long-held plan to morph the continent’s countries into one giant superstate, it has emerged. The foreign ministers of France and Germany are due to reveal a blueprint to effectively do away with individual member states in what is being described as an “ultimatum”. Under the radical proposals EU countries will lose the right to have their own army, criminal law, taxation system or central bank, with all those powers being transferred to Brussels. Controversially member states would also lose what few controls they have left over their own borders, including the procedure for admitting and relocating refugees. C) June 8th 1949: “The most effective way to destroy people is to deny and obliterate their own understanding of their history.” …George Orwell (from ‘1984’)
The media seems to be very quiet about the effect of Brexit on the rest of the EU and the future outlook for the remaining member states. It's also very quiet about the effect of, and negotiations to resolve, the Swiss freedom of movement (or immigration cap) issue. At the mo it looks like Switzerland will be expelled from the single market next year......or will a deal be done? Can't see the EU surviving 2 major partners leaving in the space of a couple of years.
As easily led as many people are nowadays,I think that would be a too big pill to swallow for the majority. But they must be on drugs to try that on,surely?
