  1. Hi all,
I took delivery of my ex-demo enduro yesterday but find the steering fidgety at slow speeds round islands it seems fine at speed, any one have any ideas what it could be, tyres suspension set up? It has only covered 600miles.

    Cheers

    John

  2. Fidgety? Tall wide bike with s massive tank

  3. Never seemed an issue with the GSA's I've owned which are heavier, maybe it's just the characteristics of this bike

  4. A GS is slower steering and weight very different in the chassis

Did you test ride the Enduro?

  5. What tyres are fitted?

  6. The multi is very light handling. Just be sure your tire condition and pressure are good, you'll get used to the handling. Of course you'll never be happy on a GS again

  7. Never test drove one just fell in love with it through pictures and info, i'm not unhappy or complaining just after guidance.

It has Scorpion Trail II fitted

It is far superior to the GS and I hated the WC version.

  8. Not sure if the different size wheels affect low speed manoeuvrability ?

  9. I found the steering very light at low speed and difficult to keep in a straight line at 30mph in 3rd gear. Much more stable in 2nd. Andy

  10. I tested one two weeks ago and felt it had the most stable front end of any bike I have ridden. Strange: I ordered one because I love that feel.

  11. Been out today and think it must just be the light steering that makes the front wheel follow the road contours on Islands almost as though the wheel is buckled, Its fine and I love the bike the most comfort-ablest bike I have owned, thanks for all your input.
