No problem. A bike is worth what somebody is willing to pay for it. But in my opinion, the seller of that R1 is in cloud cuckoo land in asking £10k for it. It's real value is far less than he's asking and I think he'll have it for a while. Hence my original post. Things I'd rather have in my garage for £10k or less. 2011 BMW S1000RR ABS ** 1 OWNER ** | eBay Honda VTR1000 SP-1 SP-Y 2004, ONLY 3981 MILES FROM NEW | eBay Yamaha YZF- R1 | eBay
agreed. best is not to sell anything anyway. i learned hard way. sold one of my cars 3 days before referendum and took offer £5K off the asking price. after £ collapsed only few days later got swamped with the calls from abroad (ad was still live) with people demanding to buy my car at asking price. here you go.
A guy at work gambled on the referendum and he was buying a house in Sicily! I told him to get his euro's before into a euro bank account, but he wouldn't - 1st world problems can be a nightmare
Their telephone number doesn't match either of the two official Ducati dealers in Moscow so I'd say it's got scam written all over it. Andy
Hi all has any one seen the 748sps on ebay for sale with 8000miles. I'm new to ducatis was wondering what you guys think of it or had any advice regarding does it have all the right parts to be a genuine sps. Any help much appreciated guys
None of them are totally original mate and have been discussed on here recently. Search for 748sp and 748sps and enjoy the read. Andy
I'd be astounded if he got anywhere near £10k for it, in fact his advert states he won't accept an offer below £8.5k for it. Which means he's probably taken £8k for it, maybe less. I still think that's exremely rich for that bike, but there are similar ones advertised for that price. Does anybody know the buyer? I have a 1098R he can buy for a mere £25k
not strictly ebay (MCN) and not a duc but just bought this for the winter slog and general tomfoolery - save my 899 for sunnier days
