just joined, soon to turn 20. so in a year I'll be looking to upgrade when I get my full licence, joined to do some research on the 899 and 959. Also stalk the 1290 forums however a recent visit to the Nurburgring has made me fall in love with track riding so i now feel like a sports bike is the way to go
it appears to be that way anywhere in motorcycling I'm afraid, these new laws have killed biking for us young-uns, done 2licences, one more to go
it sure has, i live about half an hour away from caldwell but can't ride there because MSV are massive kb*bs and won't let a2 licence holders do track days! ((( thanks for the welcome
Yip, when I was 20 the average age seemed to be 20, the average seems to have followed me for 32 years I had a 1000cc Kawasaki at 17 and turbocharged it at 18. We didn't need track days either as the roads were our race tracks. I remember doing 120mph over your bridge racing an Aston Martin Trackdays are the future now I guess unless they fuk them over too! Enjoy, stay safe
Are you only 52 exe? Wow! You must have had an f'ing hard life mate. :Wideyed: Oh, and welcome Jacko.
East Yorkshire... Everyone on the wrong side of the Bridge drives like a retard, it's over-Policed for sure but it's the belligerent "I'm going to block your way because I'm a small-minded tool" attitude from the majority of drivers that makes driving on that side of the river such a chore. Loathe it.
Hello and welcome into the mad house This lot will lead you astray Wish I was 20 again  Will it be a red one
Welcome Jacko. I am not far away 7 miles East. There's a club meet at Goodmanham on third Wednesday of the month organised by Dutchy if you fancy talking Ducatis
