Me and my mate off to Barmouth tomoz 7/8/16 on our Diavels. Leave Warrington around 10ish, stop at Bala for a brew by the lake then into Barmouth for a feed and relax by the harbour. May have a swift one in the Last Inn. Possibly come back via Betws Y Coed to see whats happening there. Happy days, just hope the weather holds. Stuart
I spent a full day round Wales last week on the pani, so many great roads & views. Got lucky with the weather too. My favourite day trip destination.
Just waiting for me mate to roll up. Weather looks OK ish, bit cloudy but OK. Will try and get some pics if I can find a space to put me camera. Stuart
This was us at J&S yesterday before heading in to wales, some bloke wanted pics of our bikes with his car
Well, the weather played ball to be fair. It was warm but a bit blustery, with strong gusts of wind. We tanked up at Asda then headed for Wales. Just the other side of Ruthin, a guy on a sports bike seemed to be a bit nervous and erratic in front of us, and eventually ran into a hedge embankment. We arrived at Bala and parked up. TBH I thought there would have been a lot more bikes there given the weather, I've deffo seen more there in the past. Anyways, got a brew from the cafe and chatted with a few guys there. Onto Barmouth, which again I thought was quiet. Had a feed in the Last Inn as planned, beef curry with half and half, and a small Peroni to swill it down. Walked around the harbour area and chatted with a few guys from Wigan, one of them also had a Diavel. Was gonna do Betws Y Coed on the way back but the weather looked like it may close in so we decided to shoot back the way we came. As it happened, the weather held, in fact got better !! Hindsight eh, a wonderful thing. Anyways, stopped again at Bala and we met Phil, the owner of a tyre supplier, and his mates, one on a Multistrada. Top guys, had a bit of banter, and then I bought the quickest melting ice cream ever, more on me hand and leathers that I managed to eat I reckon. Anyways heres a couple of pics of our tour of duty to another country. The Red Carbon belongs to me mate, and the Dark is mine. As is usual, they attracted a lot of attention. Bala Barmouth Deffo wider than J Lo's Ass !! Stuart
Love this! I'm lucky enough to live in North Wales so get to play here all of the time. Best time to go out is during the week in the evenings as there's hardly any tourist traffic and rarely a copper in sight.
Yeah we was. Me and my mate. He had a warning light issue and I picked up a pair of db killers, were you there as well... Stuart
No. I'm psychic And just to confirm how good a psychic I am I would say that Sergio was telling you that your Ducati jacket was a classic
