1199s Ohlins Forks - Electronic To Manual Conversion?

  1. Is it possible to convert electronic 1199s/1299s forks to manual? To be used on a 1299 base model.

  2. Not sure on the fork conversion but you will need a top yolk off the s.

  5. Ah, a 30mm cartridge kit is probably not the way to go then. :Wideyed:

    Still I wonder if it is at all possible to do this conversion?

  7. I have actually this morning e-mailed a chap that converted a rear shock from electronic to manual to ask if the forks can also be converted. I will let you know what the response is......

  8. Excellent. Actually my Ohlins rear shock is converted to manual so that is possible for sure. Please let me know what answer you get about the forks. Thanks:upyeah:

  9. The ohlins guru got back to me. They cannot be converted and so a cartridge kit is your only option.
