Just finished putting together my new Charbroil BBQ & Smoker, bloody thing weighs 200+ pounds but I can't wait to test it out on Sunday!
Looks like Stevenson's rocket.... Looks like it'll do 15mph at least... Sent from my SM-P900 using Tapatalk
Wedding dress shopping this afternoon, one 'well maybe' found. Arrived home and the garage is now devoid of Ducati's, both 800 and 749 picked up today. I am going to miss the 749 . But Scrambler being delivered on the 1st September so the Yamahas (there are three) best make the most of it until then.
That's looking better than I imagined regarding its silloette, you have certainly pulled something out of the bag there!!! It was always going to be very special from an engineering point of view but you have nailed the looks too :Watching:
You've obviously not thought the exhaust positioning out properly. How are you going to fix the panniers? Sent from my XT1072 using Tapatalk
I had a grand plan to ride this morning and then to visit my mum in hospital up north this afternoon. I've done neither. I'm recovering from a late night, on the sofa.
Some of you may have already seen the silly bicycle thread I did. Today I have been finishing it off. Bicycle finally all pimped out ready for Silverstone GP. All of us (6 of us) have all done similar. She was a £15 find on Gumtree (our max spend agreed to be £20). It's fully specc'd with: Multistrada LH switchgear to give myself a horn (wired in a battery and buzzer). Scott Redding number board to show support. A drain pipe exhaust containing a Bluetooth speaker so I can blast out Ducati exhaust sounds (iPhone app). Knee Down numberplate. Simoncelli Flag that slots in for riding. The frame is covered in an LED lighting strip powered from a battery pack under the seat (currently set to pink to match the bike). I'm most pleased with how the exhaust turned out. Some may have seen the previous incarnation which isn't a patch on this carbon wrapped beauty. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
I finally cracked the secret of invisibility today, after years of ridicule from my friends and family. If they could only see me now
Loaded up the SMT, set the suspenders up and went for a shake-down run before the Gimlet annual hols on Monday. Bike rode like a dream. Hardly knew the gear was on there. Who needs a 1200 GS? All set for the off. Wales and perhaps Scotchland or maybe Ireland if I behave myself and don't spend too much money.
