  2. Have you fitted belts before? When you thinking of doing it? Would you mind if I watched? Would like to see how it's done.

  3. Ducatitech.com have a how to vids on youtube, looks really easy tbh ... valve clearance looks a little bit more tricky however ... but i intend to do both in a week or 3

  4. Yeah, seen the vids, would like to see it "live". Just had mine done so I'm good for 2(ish) years but I like knowledge in the bank.

  6. Doing the belts is not too bad but the prospect of doing the valves is a bit daunting...

    What's wrong with tappets???

  7. Wow...arrived next day.
They have spare nuts and everything. Sadly no bike technician, so it looks like I'm going to have to get out into the cold....:Coldfeet:

    no I won't .......
I'll just turn up the air conditioning to 21°C.:Angelic:

  8. As someone who is completely inept with mechanics i know my belts are due in about 1000 more miles, is it worth buying these in prep?

  9. Yep, changing earlier is better than changing late, same as oil n filter :D

  10. Are you doing yourself or getting someone else too? If it's someone else, check they are happy to fit parts you supply first.

  11. Super quick service from stu this week after I forgot about the bikes going in for service this week. But no probs. Ordered late Sunday night like 10pm and on my door step 9am Tuesday.

  12. This year so far I've fitted 6 sets of Exactfit belts to bikes that I've serviced. Stu's delivery is nice and quick, the costs are good and everybody is happy :upyeah:

  13. Everything from combined order (belts and cables) to payment to delivery went great. Received the tracking code fast (which worked even in Finland). Can recommend, and will order again, that's for sure.

  16. Exige, I want timing belts and while I am at it a starter/battery cable set. My bike is a 2011 Multistrada S Touring. Now, possible "operator problem" going on here but I don't see the "premium" button to get the forum subscriber discount??
    Cheers, David
