Terry, my thoughts are with you and yours at this most distressing of times. Knowing doesn't make it any easier and having been there with my mum, dad and my sister, there is one piece of advice - you have people who care about you, don't shut them out, with their support it helps the challenge of getting through the early days, the months and the years. Oh yes, you might be a bloke but you don't have to be strong, it hurts like buggery and holding in the emotions only leads to stress which is the last thing you need. Andy
I went to the Doctors today and he told me I've got kleptomania. I said " what should I do about it Doc ?" "Take something"
Went to the coast today and made a copy of that Castle in Scotchland @finm keeps banging on about - well pleased, (mine is the top one)
Started to put the clothes back on the NC29 in preparation for Mallery on the 26th. Bought a second hand front clock/fairing bracket off eBay that is a lot straighter than the one currently fitted. Seat fairing and front/top fairing all fitted snugly, bottom fairing needs a steam clean to remove all the crud from Almeria in February. Will probably look at the 853 on Monday but that had a 600km service after Silverstone in May so I'm hoping to just hit the button and hear it roar into life. Andy
Ordered something what feels like ages ago and got an email to say it's being posted this week. Now breath
I've just bought one of these to go with my new leathers, new gloves and new bike This new bike is costing me a fortune
Sooooo..... When I purchased it my FZR was wrapped. The adhesive in the wrap has attacked the plastic which caused the paint to crack when it was re painted, with the tank cover being by far the worst affected (no fault of the painter, he did a fantastic job and had a nightmare with it reacting) Found a second hand tank cover via an eBay breaker, just £25 (and £7 postage) later, RESULT! Don't even need to paint it. [emoji4]
