1 owner March 2016 , 5000 miles, most mileage done on two tours. Top spec sport SE model with quick shifter and dynamic suspension please note any extras have been removed and are not included. No gnarly vibes through the bars on this one as some bikes appear to have over 5k. Been doing 300 mile days in complete comfort and I am 6'2. I'm finding it a bit manic and it's making me ride at silly speeds so I would prefer to go back to a twin. The handling is fantastic and you can ride the bike round in 6th gear. Just added some more photos, it rides 100 perfect and as mentioned has had zero warranty work, it's just not quite for me after a succession of GS's, it really does bring out the devil in you, I want something a bit slower, ideally a twin GS or DVT.
I just sold my immaculate HP Carbon'd up to the hilt bike....the only thing i miss is the quick shifter...its was extraordinary!!! In terms of comfort my new Multi DVT spanks the BM's arse....they are not even close in my opinion....the BM is the more frantic balls to wall bike for sure sos if you like frantic you'll love the BM, but I don't regret selling it to fund my new Multi for a second.
I disagree on the comfort, I rode the S1000 approx 270 miles from Portsmouth to Halifax in 4.5 hours with only a ten minute toilet/petrol stop last week. No aches or pains (age 45 6'2) it is basically the same or similar riding position as a GS with a sports bike front end, brembos and ballistic engine. Enjoy your new bike!
