Just had an e mail (went into junk for some reason?) that I'm successful bidder on a 9,700 mile Gixer 1000 K3 - stolen recovered with no keys but all the paperwork,only a few marks on plastics where the morons pushed it into a ditch after mullering the ignition and failing to fire it up! Don't usually bother but it was well under a grand! Happy days?
As it's gonna end up HPI listed as an insurance claimed payout or Total lost there's not much chance of drawing a decent profit on the old girl so I'm gonna stick a cheap 12" swinging arm stretch on her,a stubby very loud pipe and a "drag bike" pseudo paint job and stick it in a few of the tuning/drag bike mags - there's always a punter too lazy or incompetent to sort it themselves???

Winter is coming its wet on the ground... But looking out my kitchen window at the massive line of traffic the zed will need a quick clean tonight... Reckon if I was in the car.... 50 mins to get to work.... 15 on the zed.... A nice warm feeling filtering up through the traffic to the front of the lights each time... Took me an hour to drive to Wakefield station. How do you people cope with commuting? My normal journey to the office is three minutes.

Forgot to take my phone to the track so I apologise no photos. Had an outstanding day despite the Power Commander III USB packing up after lunch. Bike runs fine on the EPROM I bought off a forum member so no gear loss. Got another 8 hours track time tomorrow but time now to hit the old town for tapas and beer. Andy
