Recently pulled the trigger on my first Ducati.....a nearly new Multistrada DVT 1200s. I thought either go big or go home. Like many others have experienced before me, the spending doesn't stop there. Great website, so much to read and learn, glad to be a part of. Regards, Steve.

Thanks all for the welcome, much appreciated. I live in Watford and like a lot of people I lookout onto a garden full of bins! I'm afraid to say it's a white DVT. Not my first choice but the overall deal swayed me to sign on the dotted line. No regrets. After much research here and elsewhere, I've decided to order the urban accessory package today......torn between spoiling the look and increasing the convenience. Also this evening I fitted a dashboard screen protector, again after reading the opinions and recommendations here.....went better than hoped. Ended today applying penetrating oil on my r/h mirror as the hex bolt is sooooo tight......hopefully not cross threaded as I've got ugly elbows! Thanks again, Steve.
Hello again. Hopefully I've managed to include a photo. The bike had just over 600 miles and came with the touring package as well as an end can, r&g crash bungs, rad guard and tank bag. All the extras appealed to me which helped make the decision to buy. Now looking at alternative screens to help with the wind blast. Steve.
