Anyone got a clue how to set these to race shift? Thought it would be a simple case of swapping the linkage but am at the point of admitting defeat. Didn't come with instructions and ducabike don't return emails. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Hi, how have you got on with these? I'm afraid I can't help but interested in getting a set to lower the rear brake.
Bought these second hand and in road shift they are fine. Gear change is a little stiff with a short throw. They are a pain to install and if you want to adjust the peg position you need to remove them from the bike. It's easier to remove the lower fairings. I bought these as i am turning it into a track bike and they could run race shift with out messing with the quick shifter. After a bit of googling it seems there may have been a manufacturing issue as they have changed the cam design recently. They have also superseded my set with these: Ducabike Ducati Panigale Rearsets PR119903 | Conquest Carbon Will probably advise to avoid unless someone can shed some light as to why i can't get race shift to work!
After a quick email to Conquest Carbon they sent me over the installation instructions. Five minutes later the bike is running race shift and all the washers/nuts/bolts are in the correct places. Only gave it a quick whizz round the block but the gear shift is a lot slicker now (requires less effort as was previously quite stiff). Still need to tweak the lever positions but am changing my mind and definitely recommending these now. Massive thanks to Conquest Carbon who dug me out of a hole even though i didn't purchase the product from them, top customer service!
Do they go any lower than the standard ones? Also what's the difference between these and the revised version? Thanks
