Aaah Fuck no Chizel, that's shit news, take it easy and heal well, at least you've now got time to fix the 748. Coincidentally my wife broke her foot the other day.
I know the road outside your place and the taxi driver must have been on something to even consider trying a U-turn. Should have his Hackney licence recinded. 8 weeks is a long time but I hope the it all goes well. Andy

Edited for you, Nelson, for accuracy. Good luck with a decent mend on the foot, Chizel, and getting the cabbie's insurance to cough up for getting you and the bike sorted. Pete
Mate, Have you thought about doing a classified type advert on ebay for the engine, so as to bypass the ebay 10% you would get hit with if sold on ebay? ( £2k sale on ebay, ya would get hit £200. ) With a classified advert you could lower your advert price to the same price as listed on here and might attract a more interest/buyer/s Oh, Get well soon matey and hope the claim goes smoothly and quickly for ya Oh, Also what about selling without TB+Loom so can drop price just abit more because someone looking for just the engine won't wanna pay extra for parts they don't want or need, even just take off say £150 and you could always offer then offer the to a buyer once they bought the engine for the same £150 and they might consider them thinking wow £150 for spare loom and tb setup, Bargain
sorry guys, are you saying I should do a classified ad instead of a buy it now thing? I've only ever bought of ebay and find the ins and outs of selling a bit confusing.
Chizel, A classified add is basically a one time 30 day set price, like putting add on mcn or autotrader. Buyer has to buy from you, no other sale fees or pp fees involved. Listing Classified Ads
nice one mate. Could quite work out what the exact insertion fee from the link but it certainly seem like a much better option. Will change me ad!
It's Blue Cod that's the best down here, it gets better, they also do Chinese, plus, there is a Dairy 2 doors down, so Jimmy's Mince pies, Tip Top ice cream, Crunchie Bars and Milkshakes at the drop of a hat mate, it's a wonder I don't weigh 200 kgs instead of a rather substantial 108 kgs.
stop it dude .. Man, what I wouldn't give for a big bag of milkshakes and jetplanes.. Maybe some rashins washed down with l&p... And watties extra cheesy spaghetti.
They're looking for builders in ChCh since the Earthquake, and Auckland needs to build more than 10 000 houses in the next few years, so come back mate, you know you want to, eh.
