  2. CR you were out early. I delayed going out to early but it was warmer outside than in my house.. I think I got there about 11ish. If you'd gave me a text I would have got my skates on.

I got ID request in Derby this year at Jens BBQ (local Asda).
Obviously I've not had a hard enough life? > Must be this southern air keeping me looking young, I don't feel it. It's been 18 months since I moved south of the Midlands border by about 5 miles. Although I did live further south about 6 years ago <
Anyway the girl was obviously very keen (gold star).
I had to point out, even if I was under 18 or 21 what ever it is now (thanks for that) it says in big letters non - alcoholic Becks.

I wonder if I get asked for ID when I turn 40 for buying mineral water.

  3. Went out on the Pani with a good mate on his blackbird, met up with one of his mates who is a police rider who rode tail end charlie, after a brisk 80 miles stopped for a cake break,i was polity informed by charlie i would make progress better if i changed my lines a little,i replied that i know my lines are a little off but i did not want to follow the lead riders good lines for fear of him flicking up stones and chipping my fairings, said police officer spat his cream scone.Met a lovely lady who used to write for PB who wanted a photo sat on my bike,my tank got a polish by her ample breastage,

  8. Fit my BikeTrac unit last night. Got up this morning bright eyed and bushy tailed, ready for my first commute on the new bike (also first dry ride on new bike).

So... now on the train into work because I'm stupid. BikeTrac unit was in my garage about a month. Upon hooking it up, it sucked up all the bikes battery to charge its own. Will have to charge it tonight [emoji107]

  9. It's generic, the system doesn't recognised alcoholic or non alcoholic and if there is a prompt the law says we have to ask for ID if you look under 25
There are constant checks being made wether through test purchases or checking to see if we apply think 25 by the authorities

I have ID someone born in 1968 she looked under 25 no wrinkles her skin was smooth and she was tiny

It isn't worth the fine or criminal record or going to court for the sake of just asking for ID even if your 36 :D

So bear with us we are only doing our job :)

The shop by me has been in trouble a few times serving under age
They now have to think 40 and get two signatures on the receipt

  10. If that was me id have jump started it....ive managed to bump the hyper down the hill from my house....get some speed up, click it into second, jump in the air (while hold the bars of course) and sit down hard while dumping the clutch...

  11. I've just bought a new dark visor and pinlock insert. Feck me they're expensive :/

  12. Didn't fancy trying it on the big twin. 2.5v on the battery. It was a case of, lock the bike back up and jump in the car with the wife before she leaves and I'm stranded at home.

  13. Stranded at home, with your new bike....just waiting to get a charge in it....by the time youve read through this months fast bikes (with mug of tea and toast) there'd be enough in there to get it started...

  15. Well, luckily if i was stranded at 'ome i can log in remotely and do my job....one of the small perks i suppose....

  16. I can, up to a point. Then all I need is some remote hands for unplugging & rerouting cables etc...

Let's face it though, a day "working from home" is just a day doing no work and pissing around at home.

  17. Yep... I'd be in the garage by now...

  18. I just read that a protest group of Scousers in Liverpool are moaning that there are not enough Liverpudlians on the telly.

The BBC agreed and will now be showing CrimeWatch every week instead of every month.
