Rather like the look of it but IMHO a 16 litre tank give me a break what use is that in a tourer/adventure bike needs to be at least 20 litres then you'd be getting close to a useful range of 180-200 miles

Could be decent alternative to a Ktoom SM which is widely said to be the best all round bike out there

Having owned a 950SM it's still the best bike I've owned for the grin factor and that's saying something
Now this is a bit more what I'm after, I guess that IF required the luggage options will still be there when I need them, the tank is the same so 16ltr which I think is plenty as I've toured on bikes that only do 100mile/tank, probably be able to fit the rather large screen as well if I had too Oh and the plus side, it's 890mm seat height and for a 6ft 4" bloke that's good news id dump the mirrors though............

I think it could be a very popular mini Multistrada and suit some with the classic Multi that didn't want the 150hp. Not so good on a long tour but great for shorter blasts and by the time you're in the mountains Now if they price it right..... Will be interesting to test ride in comparison with the 1200.
I've been waiting to see what the Mini Multi would end up looking like and what the spec would be. Dreaming of a true Mini Multi, bit lighter, shorter weelbase, lower seat height (5'7 and short legs) and maybe about 125bhp. My dealer just back from Milan tells me that there is a lower seat option at 810mm which is nice. But, but.... power down to 111bhp, looks OK but no great improvement on 1200 so I'm thinking, is it worth changing. The only big deal for me with the 2013 1200 is the revised engine spec and promise of a much smoother power delivery low down the rev range. Frankly not convinced I would ever appreciate the benefits of Skyhook either. So the rationalpart of me says stick with my 2010 bike (1200S) with all the added bits of carbon I have paid for and just get the bike up to CJS Racing to get the fuelling map sorted. Save me a fortune too. Since my dealer is always keen to help me part with my hard earned cash I will try out both the updated 1200 and the Hyperstrada anyway!
