Found out that I've ruptured my achilles. Not from a 200 mph get off n tumbling through graveltraps (in my dreams) but by getting up after laying some bathroom floor tiles over the weekend :weary: get to wear one of these for a while!
You have my sympathies. From first hand experience, please listen to your physio, however frustrating it is take your time, do not overdo it and post physio sign off, do the fffing exercises. It is extremely embarrasing when you can't go up on your toes enough to get your leg over the saddle and you drop the bike. All the very best for a full recovery. Andy
