Im about to order one of these for the 1098. You can see them on the website below ConStands - Solid Work. Has anybody got one, used one or able to review one You get get them on ebay from the supplier for a shade under £200. The Bursig equivalent is £350+
bike-lift through ProBike Website these are only a few mins from my work, good strong front under yoke paddock stand for under £100.......
I have had an ENVY stand which is a copy of the Bursig version, very strong and useful and able to tailor from different bike manufacturers. It was expensive to buy but was worth every penny.
Constand powerstand is brilliant, I have one and paid £162 new on eBay. A separate front and rear stand will cost nearly that. The added benefit is I can jack it up and push it hard up to my other bikes, thus saving space, this can be done on your own in seconds. The only negative so far is you can't change a front sprocket using it.
I use an Abba stand. Brilliant bit of kit and you only need a new fitting kit if you change your bike. Doesn't lift the front wheel clear of the floor but the bike looks more secure on an Abba stand than on that Constand. Not sure I'd want to leave a bike on a Constand for any length of time.
Constand is solid enough for me to sit on the bike on the stand wih confidence. No worries about long term.
Ive got an Abba stand as well, which Ive used for the last couple of bikes. (seems the Kawasaki mounts are the same across the models), but i like this stand as it gets the whole thing off the floor, and it makes the bikes really easy to 'push' around the garage, which should be benificial during the winter. Im assuming you cant change the front sprocket as the mounting is too close
