  1. That's a first, I'm first, I'm never first, happy days, hope this forum takes off

  2. My Aztec, how are you? Great to see this up and running. How do we get all the brits on the old Forum over to this one? Spacers are the bees knees by the way.

  3. Please add the forum link into your signatures in any other forums you post in. That's the best way to 'recruit'. :p :D

  4. Will do :)

  5. How you doing? when the weather is better i'll pop over for a shandy or 2

  6. Good man. Have you taken the covers off yet? I got out on Wednesday and did 190 miles. Keep in touch and we can go for a blast sometime.

  7. Yes had a trip to squires one sunny day in January, then a quick ride to masham on Monday

  8. Hi folks
Good to see the same names on this forum....love the spacers Aztec.

Now looking for a mid pipe.....not sure which to get?

    Will keep you posted:rolleyes:

  9. Nor me............proven again! lol

.....but I usually get there in the end :D Hi everyone :)

I'll add details to my website :)

  10. Hi All.

Well done that man for setting this up, missed everyone.

  11. Hello all, found this place thanks to Andy W, feels like I'm back home!

  12. Good to see some familiar names here, have to echo 'MultiRider' my spacers are working great. Was out on the weekend and we had a fair wind blowing in South Wales - screen did its job like a good'un. Now if I could get a nice solution for keeping mud and shite off the front cylinder head I'd be a happy man. Had a look in Touratech on Saturday at their bolt on for the front bash plate, nice but doesn't cover the head itself. Anybody have something fitted?

  13. Thanks Andy! that's nifty looking! I have some alu plate lying around so will give this a try. Maybe with less hole artistry tho as I am not confident in my precision drilling. If it turns out ok will, post a pic, if it doesn't then I may just have to bash it into small pieces and bin it! Thanks for the tip. Should know better now to check your website first :)

  14. Love the new cylinder head plate Andy! I have the one from Palmer but I always considered it too small!

  15. Can't take the credit for that one, an Aussie rider, Don K came up with that after seeing mine which does a pretty good job with the help of a mini mudflap on the back of the mudguard.

Spiral......I've noticed that text links appear visually as plain text, click on "Multistrada 1200 / MTS1200 DIY Front Cylinder Head Guard" to go to the 'how to' article for more info. I know what your saying re the drilling, Don used a bench drill ;-)

  16. Hi Andy, thanks for sending me the link for this forum.

I have the Palmer Front Cylinder Head Guard which is working well. I also have the comfort seats fitted and have to say I have not noticed a great deal of increased comfort and that bike has not got wet enough to have the soaking up issue as of yet.

  17. Looks like the kind of thing that needs a CNC Punch Press, Huummmmm

  18. Hi Aztec

If you're the guy who does the screen spacers for the MTS 1200 could you put some info in the classified areas (pics etc) as I'm interested and not seen what this involves.

    Cheers
