the pannier mount look a little different as shown in the second picture. Not sure who this bike is for unless its a lot less expensive than the DVT.
Not bad if you can't afford a proper one , however for me the weight is a total joke Why the fuck don't OEM's make lighter bikes ?? And why a 19" front wheel ?
What a shame. Great chance to lighten and ruggedise, make less power and more like the new Africa Twin. Instead, you will be able to buy all the kit and spend another 3k doing it. Or just go buy the better bike... Although the scrambler sled thing (who makes these names up?!) looks alright
Yeh but on the positive side, that motor is a peach and......from where the rear calliper's mounted it means we could look forward to a rear brake that works!!
The seat is a sensible height but it's a bit on the heavy side. I'd imagine the 19" front wheel is supposed to improve it's off road capabilities. I'll be interested to see what the cost is.
The basic seat height is higher than the lowest setting on the 1200 seat. A 31" seat height would have been better for shorter riders. Andy
Yes, I just read that again. The basic height is 840mm, 10mm less than my 2010 but 20mm higher than the ST4s I had before that. When you buy a new bike you shouldn't have to buy an additional seat to alter the seat height.
Total waste of time.Seat to high.If i am more conservative on the throttle while riding my MTS I too can get 113bhp.What a joke.
Some more pictures I found: for sure everybody will want to see the final price. but if you sum up the savings: * double sided swing * normal engine (no DVT) * no active suspention * no TFT display then you can for sure state that it will be more cheap then the DVT. question is how much cheaper
They've made a black version of the multistrada which some people wanted. They've made a smaller engine version which myself included wanted as options for younger riders. Well done Ducati for listening to you're customers. Now heated mirrors & localized radar side impact warning please!
rumors say it will cost approx. €12990 in Germany no idea what it will be at your side of the ocean, sorry :wink:
Price on Ducati website is just over £11000 Looks like a lovely bike but I think it will still be too tall for me :tearsofjoy:
They have introduced the new Multistrada 950 and stopped making the Hyperstrada. It is a shame - I was hoping to buy one or the other, but the new Multi and the Hypermotard are too tall and it looks like there will be no more new Hyperstradas.
