of all people Silverline do some excellent ones, they have a little bit poking out of the handle end so you can spin them round and use them as long alen keys, or T bars. the added benefit is the handle cant spin. Silverline 323710 10 Piece T-Handle Hex Key Set: Amazon.co.uk: DIY & Tools The other issue with snap on is that the warranty is only good for as long as you have access to a snap on truck. I had a (pointlessly expensive) snap on magnetic ratchet screwdriver fail on me, with no access to a snap on dealer it became a £50 bin filler. If i'd have bought it from Halfords I could have exchanged it. Snap on are getting very sniffy about replacing stuff without a receipt now as well, so their warranty is quite inferior to Halfords.
I have a similar set...Done me very well.... Don't buy this type...! AM-TECH 10PC T-HANDLE HEXAGON KEY SET ALLEN WRENCH HEX TOOL WALL MOUNTING I9070 | eBay
+1 on the Halfords spanners and kit, which I think are made by Teng anyways? Their little flex-ended ratchet spanners have got me out of a lot of pickle!
Your not wrong about the new generation of Britool tools . They look, and probably are , crap . 20 years ago when I first bought mine they were competition for any top tool manufacturar. Like lots of other companies they have now gone cheap I believe Britool is owned by facum now . Still glad I have my , older generation , britool tools tho.
I have quite a few halfrauds spanners and they are decent kit for the price. I was misusing this one in the pic lol
