Very nice Old Jock , a real stunner . Yes I prefer the headlight to the square as well, I think it's only for show though considering the amount of light it throws lol. Went to an Italian bike show yesterday and there was some nice Guzzi's there,
Also have some nice pics of some really nice bevels but I'll have to find another section to post those in.
@duc13 Thanks for the pictures Some real stunners there. I had an early Daytona way back, almost identical to that picture. The forks and steering damper were pretty pants though, it was a lovely bike on long fast sweepers, very stable, but when the road got twisty you'd need to be a World Strongest Man competitor to get it to turn in I've posted up pictures of the Magni 1000 before so forgive me all those that are sick of the sight of the thing. I dropped it at walking speed so its shortly going for fairing repairs and some new paint, I love the 1000 but have no idea what the 1100 will be like Link to the 1100 build thread, which I'll be posting more up on soon as some other parts have arrived http://ducatiforum.co.uk/threads/another-bloody-tractor-guzzi-1100-sport.43895/ John
LOL! Part of the attraction - about 15 miles of gravel road.......first couple of miles are a bit arse clenching but feels natural after a while and you get a really good feel for grip. .....not sure it be the same on my 900ss though.......
Found some other pics of my Z1 in my draw at work and scanned them as they were old fashioned film pics.
Cool. Liking the headlight. Some sort of LED grid...? What does it say on the tailpiece? I can only make out the "T U R ..."
