Hi all, I joined a while back but have not been on since. I'm just in the process of getting my 916 back on the road after years of it being stored. It's an exotic beast which has very little of the original machine remaining. Have just done a major overhaul of it and fired it up for the first time in ages, I'm now looking forward to getting out on the roads of the south east again. Hopefully I can contribute to the forums and learn something from all the Ducatians here. Cheers, Chris.

For now, a rundown of the mods include; Fast by Ferracci 955SP engine Big bore Termis Floating disks Mag. swingarm Comp. rearsets Hyperpro suspension and dampers FBF slipper clutch Reverse shifter Kevlar pipes Carbon bits n' pieces ...and some other stuff.
Magnesium can be a problem, but as long as salt hasn't been spread I'm happy. Sooner or later I will be dead or too old to fit on it so I intend to use the bike instead of having it in storage anymore.
