Did 60+ mls on 996. Not touched her since beginning of September, started first press, didn't miss a beat. Such a good girl. Stopped at OYB, they wouldn't let me take the DD out without leaving a £42k deposit! Bloody cheek.
OYB also have a new 959 with under slung pipes like 1299 and a few nice bits of bling. Looks much nicer than the standard one.
Happy 50th RT 50 is the new 40! Least that's what my mrs told me in October for mine, have a great day
Harsher but equally true; any man owning a cat is cause for deep suspicion Only nutty old spinsters with unkempt hair and a hoarding habit who wear velour leisure suits with a picture of lady Di on the front should own cats
We had a dog who managed to break both front legs. The cost for plaster casts and follow up treatment ran into thousands. At the time we didn't have insurance. I wouldn't consider not getting insurance cover for any future pets. Either that or let some high volocity lead sort out the problem.
Had 4 cats in last 22 years. One 'left' after 6, her sister lasted to 19, the other lasted to 18 and the biggest bill we had (incl one being diagnosed with loads of stuff) was £200. The 4th, this one, was attacked by another cat and is two. Given the record, why bother with insurance? Although now I know its about £4 pm I will be!!
Tip for today If you ever feel like your job is meaningless.. Just remember It's someone's job to fit indicators onto BMW's
I have the same view and put into practice with other aspects of insurance. But with a 'family member' my wife has the final say
started up the 749 today after about 3 months,, started first turn . , warmed it up and twice round the block,,, ah , nice .
Oh yeah, forget, ever go to nip past a Hummer to discover it's one of those stretched Hummers? That caused a "oh" moment!
I took two old stuffed dogs onto the Antique Roadshow in Halifax today. "Oh wow," said the presenter, "This is a very rare set, produced by the celebrated John's Brothers Taxidermists who operated in London at the turn of the 19th century. Do you have any idea what they would fetch if they were in good condition?" "Sticks?"
Had a run up to Barnsley this morning to take my sons MV for a service at Bennetts. Some lovely bikes in there including Ducati, a superlight sold while we were there for £2,900 for an office display. The BSA gold star was very tempting but my wallet stayed in my pocket. First time I've been to Bennetts and on first impressions was very pleased with there professionalism and service. Steve
