  1. Oh yes, I remember the Aston Allaggro!!!

  2. It's already become a love hate relationship. But I'm ok with that. Just like my beloved ducatis it makes me feel alive

  3. It will soon be making you feel skint!

  4. Sounds like a call to trading standards is required here.......sooner rather than later

  5. I'm going with Merc

My old vauxhall keeps on going

  6. Missed a page take no notice of me
    :-D

  7. Aston Martin???

  8. Can't be a mondeo, they are built in Belgium. British built with a Ford key only leaves aston martin as far as I'm aware...

Worst car I ever owned was a Ford, my Toyota is just fantastic, and my dad gas a pug 307 that's never missed a beat. With pugs it seems to be the country its made in, French ones are fine, UK built cars are a disaster.

  9. My brother has two mercs, one is a 14 year old e class with 200,000 miles on the clock, the other is a 6 year old s class with 40,000 on the clock. Both have been 100% fault free in 6 years for the e class, and 18 month for the s class.

Vauxhall tend to be either excellent or unusable - vectras aren't worth the fuel in the tank, and 05 to 08 astras are just appauling, but cavaliers were excellent, as were Carltons and senators, and the insignia seems to be a good un. The current meriva is beyond terrible, especially in 1.4 non turbo form - genuinely the worst car I have ever driven.

  10. So are we decided in the Aston Martin?

  11. Yup, an Aston Martin is what i understand he has. Still its a shame such a respected car has been problematic and not been sorted the first time it got taken back to the garage. Perhaps they have so many sensors overlapping what one does with the next it's not straight cut like the good old days.

  12. Or maybe Aston Martins are just a bag of knackers

  13. Aston Martin make lovely cars, but I think I'd be swerving towards the Maserati delaership. Rumor has it the Gran Turismo and QP are very reliable.

  14. An Aston vantage N400 it is. Reading people's posts I'm sure I will live to regret such a purchase but hey I'm still learning the error of my ways at the age of 42 and I don't see myself changing.
