Back Again, 1098s, Happy Days.

  1. haven't had mine that long so only started it around 50 times. Every time it churns for about 4 seconds before firing and then straight up to 1200/1300 idle. I never touch the throttle, bike is very low mileage/factory std set-up.

  2. It's a fair point of course and i don't have any intention of riding it in winter, it's only a summer track toy really, but obviously it's in the warranty period with the dealer so if it's going to be going back, that of course needs to be sooner rather than later.
     
  3. In all honesty there is no procedure other than pressing the button.
    Sounds like you have a good dealer there, good too hear in this flog it and scarper world!
     
  4. Sensible answer - same as @Chris no throttle. Starts.
    Both mine and Chris's are R's so dunno if that makes a difference.
    Mine has 70mm full system and race ecu.
     
  5. Mine starts well same 70mm and flashed ECU by Moto Rapido
