They'll be moves from all sides. Like I've already said, businesses originating from Europe wishing to keep the market share they have within the UK are likely to move an office over here or expand ones they have to put down some roots. Equally UK businesses are likely to trim some UK bases and set up another office within main land Europe. That's why everyone is up in arms, they don't know whether to spend the money to move now or wait to see if it's worth it. It's all fairly obvious if the market is that important.
