Also I have a mivv shotgun titanium exhaust in said persons workshop any idea if there is a way of getting it back, looking for a way without need to contact said person. Finally what will happen to said persons belongings. He was renting the workshop spaces owner will want it back any idea if his items will be stored or auctioned off?
i wouldn't of thought items would be auctioned off mate, hes not up for bank robbery or tax evasion so unless im missing something why would his possessions be seized? That's normally due to some money being owed etc isn't it? This isn't the first time somebody has gone to jail so id of thought there would be a procedure to be followed to get back items, so in regards to your exhaust id just ask the police or a close friend of his as to what that is and im sure they'll sort out your items mate. Anything else within his possession that he doesn't own is his & the other parties business. Nobody else need get involved in my view, let them sort it out privately. Lets face it, if they dont go looking for an item within the next 4 years then it wouldnt of mattered much to them anyway. I appreciate there is an intention to do good by people, but there also a fine line between that and getting far to involved in stuff when its not necessary too......especially publicly. just my 2 cents worth
Try and contact the workshop owner. If the rent isn't being paid it might get cleared. Someone up that way may be able to help you.
If I were you Luca, first of all ask Ghost..........he may be able to help you get your zorst back. Failing that, then I think you should contact Suffolk Plod....they are usually very helpful. I note the website is 'temporarily under maintenance', so I another person must be involved somewhere as I doubt if internet access has been granted. I also believe the guy in the building immediately opposite the workshop has a key in case of emergency. AL
Id heard that the guy who owns the unit that Voldemort rented, has been in an emptied all the contents outside in to the yard. Whether true or not, I don't know though as this information was hearsay.

Damodici I know what you mean. Saying that if bike is there owner is the victim here so for me no brained to the least let the coopers know of such possibility. I have sent a enquiry to Haverhill police as it is not urgent so do not want to call them. Ghost and then workshop owner only if no reply till end next week.

That is the point my property I can live without but if any of you were in situation that your bike was there I guess you would also want it to be dumped outside for it to never be seen again? Oj some of it is mine so the least name the charity?! That is not under discussion here want to rant start your own thread!! I guess you are one of those rich people that do not care if they get their property back or not, good on you. I worked hard for my stuff and do not agree with anyone be it government, 3rd party or "it" keeping my stuff without my permission.

Yup may be best to go and see the owner of the outbuilding and explain . im sure he would be understanding . As for poor Phil he is probably feeling really sad, angry and all sorts as many others are. It's not for him to sort out. If I was you I'd contact the owner of the building . Or go up there. theres probably a few little bits off my bike there but I am going to wash my hands now. im far from rich. I know that's an expensive exhaust. If I was you I'd just go get it.. I think everyone wants to move on and forget this horrible thing .. I'd rather as a parent not hear about such an evil person again. This is a nice funny happy site and I think we should move on rapidly straight away now and get it back there. also respect and support his cheated friends.
