You're lucky, when I catch him out, he just applies drama queen tags I was going to ask given his claim of high business so the inside track, if he is confusing a macdonalds franchisee with alan sugar?
Tut tut duke, wait till I tell your supervisor your fine tuned high business role is being compromised.....by you mixing do you want fries with that with such rudeness
Incorrect, I ignored those posts on that day. Every now and again I read your posts just to remind me of what happens when people skip education so make up stories they are now key to high level management and business arena's. Reminds me of that film, Walter Mitty. It doesn't change the context of the thread however duke, Had we been someone like Poland who takes out several times more than they put in then the EU would have crucified us. We are however, the second largest contributor to the EU and one of it's largest trading partners so whilst some like Junker may have a drunken hissy fit approach, the other countries and ultimately the EU, will have a more pragmatic approach and deals will be done. That will piss off the doom and gloom merchants as the entire project fear will have been shown to be false. There is plenty in the pot for everyone and no one will think otherwise, unless they are of course, you
interesting that some people labour with the opinion that poland has taken out more than it put in, i dont get that when considering that the polish workforce is / was the mainstay of many industries throo out EU land . whatever.
This is one example easy but most charts will show the same on which countries put how much in and how much they take out. EU Facts: how much does Britain pay to the EU budget? - Telegraph The charts are based on countries not individuals migrating, there would be no way to account for that. As an example how many bulgarians/romanians etc declare those car wash cash in hand incomes?
well thank you,, you have kind of enforced my point,, the EU is not a simple single issue, we must all view the wider picture and not be constrained by the more simplistic and easily defined aspects.
Breaking News : Remainians claim she died too early in life of a broken heart, fearing a return to war in Europe post Brecit. :Wideyed: Clare Hollingworth: British war correspondent dies aged 105 - BBC News
Easy, honest, if you keep putting your hands over your eyes and singing lalalala doesn't mean it's not going to happen. As to the EU not being a single issue, I doubt anyone has said that. It has many issues but the EU is a management company and little more and they are no longer fit for purpose and we have simply said thanks but no thanks. There is no and has not been, anger against the Europeans, just the management company that runs Europe.
How could we not now leave? It would be ridiculous and far more destructive to the UK if the referendum result wasn't carried through. Like it or lump it we have to leave , I appreciate that there are lots of people who will do anything they can to stay, but that's just life and you can't turn back democracy. Besides, if this got somehow reversed we'd be fucked, we'd look like a bunch of spineless bastards, how could anyone live with that? Not me that's for sure. What gets me is that the most vocal of remain voters do so on the basis of fear and not much else. They don't wax lyrical about how great the EU is, they just cite doom and gloom.
We are not out until we are out. I agree that if we didn't leave we would be at the mercy of the EU but there are plenty remainers who would love to see us dragged back in shackles to the heart of Europe, Nick Clegg for one.
I think he said, with rough translation, " Shit!!!!! they won. They must have known what they were doing all along after all .
