Been in a meeting for half a day. And it was productive. Which is nice. Also booked my two eldest grandchildren's next ski lesson. I'm now off out climbing Tra
yea, a track bike! But alas no money... when I first rented the workshop ( well garage) I was living miles away so put in a toilet and shower for those nights id stay there but I've been living in a studio flat at the other end of the garden for nearly 3 years so have finally got around to removing that crap and now have space to work on the bikes and do chippy shit. It's all good!
I've been winning awards apparently - Snowflex :: Briton Engineering Developments Ltd awarded the “SPINOFF AWARD” for a breakthrough technology in the snowsports industry
Just ridden back in the snow from Moto Rapido after the Multistrada was serviced. 30 odd of the most unpleasant miles I've done for a long time. Andy
Earned some rufty-tufty biker points riding home from work in the sleet & snow. My cunning plan to leave work early before the BBC weather forecast's predicted sleet and snow time failed miserably. Even with the heated grips on full power, my left hand was really (almost disfunctionally) cold - I think the snow was settling on my gloves. I had to shake a load of snow off my jacket and rucksack in the garage. Starting to feel human again after a nice hot bath.
Looks as though it was just you and me being a heroine/hero this afternoon then. Wasn't pleasant was it ? Andy
I remember being a pillion coming back from Oulton Park to Hereford it was snowing as we left, the morning was fine, I have never been so cold, warmed up gloves on exhaust stopped at services before m50 to thaw out It was awful I think I had hyperthermia So I feel your pain
