So the English misspell whiskey as well, I'm more in favour of the Irish peaty flavour, not so harsh and easier to quaff!
I like the smokey malts myself. The smokier the better. The smoothest and deepest flavour is Ardbeg. (American owned I think). A good all round whisky which is smooth, clean and tasty with just a hint of smoke is Highland Park. When I was in the western isles a while ago it seemed to be a favourite with the locals.
He'll turn it into a golf course if he does. He's tee-total and doesn't approve of alcohol. When he's king of Scotchland I expect he'll shut all the distilleries down and make the natives sign the pledge.
I genuinely don't get the clamour by the Scot Nats to leave the rest of the UK and remain in the EU. Agreed, it's smooth buts lacks character, a little bland I can't be doing with some of those whiskys that have a surgical spirit 'nose' to them.... Or perhaps I'm drinking from the wrong bottle !
Yep you're bloody right on there, have you tried any of those Brew Dog pubs? I know they're Scottish but they use American hops in their brewing... It's just bloody awful stuff.
this is a good example for the OP. they have been in the news this week threatening to move out if aberdeenshire dont give them a substantial amount of land way way way undervalue. is this gonna be the norm come brexit or is it just another example of over powerful business
A friend of mine also like blue moon, but he would he's a Man City supporter! Yep Belgian wheat beer, la chouffe but only as a starter beer as they can be high percentage, not good for a session!
