  1. Full Brexit with "no EU deal" on the 29th March.

  2. Request Extension to article 50 to allow a general election and new negotiations.

  3. Request Extension to article 50 to allow cross party talks and a new deal to be put to EU.

  4. Request Extension to article 50 to allow a second referendum on 1. Remain in EU or 2. Full Brexit.

  5. Table a motion in parliament to Remain in EU WITHOUT a referendum.

  6. I don't know or I don't care anymore

  1. Whisky is without the Scottish drawl - it's a dialect thing :D

  2. So the English misspell whiskey as well, I'm more in favour of the Irish peaty flavour, not so harsh and easier to quaff!

  5. I like the smokey malts myself. The smokier the better. The smoothest and deepest flavour is Ardbeg. (American owned I think).
A good all round whisky which is smooth, clean and tasty with just a hint of smoke is Highland Park. When I was in the western isles a while ago it seemed to be a favourite with the locals.

  6. Does Trump own it? :)

  7. He'll turn it into a golf course if he does. He's tee-total and doesn't approve of alcohol. When he's king of Scotchland I expect he'll shut all the distilleries down and make the natives sign the pledge.

  8. I genuinely don't get the clamour by the Scot Nats to leave the rest of the UK and remain in the EU. The economic one has some holes in it for sure, then add in the Euro if Scotland had to reapply for membership. :Wideyed:

From an article in writen a short while ago.......Scottish exports to other EU countries have “stagnated” at around £11 billion between 2002 and 2014, despite there being significant growth in goods being sent to the rest of the UK (around £48.5 billion) and exports having almost doubled to the rest of the world.

  9. Can't get on at all with the American bourbons, it seems it's image over substance...
    quite American then really!
    Gunz would hate them!

  10. I am partial to a Glenmorangie. One of the smmothest Scottish's, I find.

  11. They can't brew beer either. American beer is bloody awful.

  12. Agreed, it's smooth buts lacks character, a little bland
I can't be doing with some of those whiskys that have a surgical spirit 'nose' to them....
Or perhaps I'm drinking from the wrong bottle !

  15. Yep you're bloody right on there, have you tried any of those Brew Dog pubs?
I know they're Scottish but they use American hops in their brewing... It's just bloody awful stuff.
