Had some friends (local bikers) and some from the forum I've met a few times, round for a curry last night. The remaining few just left. I think it went ok. Gained some local knowledge where to MOT my Ducati (for the first time) Met up with a mate, who I'd not seen for a while. He's just got into his supermotos and stunt riding, his wheelies have come on a long wayyyy since he flipped his CBR when we were last out. Good to catch up. Chill out today & roast dinner.
I sadly learned yesterday, that my family are racists. Last month I started dating a young black Indian girl and I brought her home last night to meet the family. I can't believe it. My wife and 3 kids wouldn't talk to her.

Spent about 3 hours in the man cave giving it a good tidy and a bit of hoovering. Then gave the multi a damn good clean, then sorted some sorted out some stuff to sell and give away.

Been to my 3yo grandsons birthday party celebrations all day. First up was kids party at Charlie Chuckles in Dukinfield (Ricky Hatton's two little girls were there with Mrs Hatton who is particularly lovely/FAF). Then after that it was back to #1 sons house for family only. I didn't make a fuss with my son and d-i-l. Not yet anyway. As it would seem I'm not the only one that can't make my grandkids party/s either. His brother in law was a no show today and didn't even bother telling them. And his father in law fucked off after about the first 20 minutes. I think I may just rub his and her nose in it for trying to make me feel guilty when the timing suits me.
It's nice to see that your family want you at your grandchilds party Tit for tat is crap so just wear it. You know when his birthday is and you chose to do some thing different Some families don't even other with their children and grandchildren There will be a time that the grandchildren won't want family parties So ET get on with it and don't fall out Good luck x
I went to the doctors today, as I was concerned that I might be turning into a moth. I went in, sat down and explained "Doctor, I think I'm turning into a moth" The Doctor looked at me and said " have you made an apointment"? "No" I said. "I was just passing, and the light was on".
Walk, breakfast, ride (cycle), lunch, shop, ironing, walk, dinner, tv, walk, tv, bed and faffing around on here. 22,000 plus steps!
One of those rides that really shocks you. Rode into work today in the pissing rain. Riding into London you expect a few twats but today was extra special. Ford Galaxy minicab pulled out of a side road and actually managed to clip my rear tyre. Kept it upright so after some gesticulating I just left it and rode on. Next up was a two wheeled plonker on a yellow MT-07. I was filtering with a bunch of bikes, riding down the outside of standstill traffic. He pulls straight out from between a car and a bus, didn't even look or answer my horn (which I used after some hefty braking). Finally, to top it all off. I'm riding normally in the left hand lane, round a right hand bend. A bus behind me (must have been hugging my rear), properly clipped my rear wheel. Just watched them all back on the cam but it's mounted up front so only the MT-07 incident is really on film. The bus incident shows a big twitch, followed by my running wide and slowing down to give the guy the finger. Might go buy a scratch card!
